by | Apr 8, 2021 | Foods | 0 comments

Let’s talk about apple cider vinegar.

What is useful for apple cider vinegar?

As you know, apple cider vinegar is apple juice in the past. Which has undergone fermentation turned into vinegar. Contrary to many beliefs, apple cider vinegar contains almost no nutrients. But on the other hand, it contains organic acids and is primarily acetic.

And now it works on 6-7 main directions. The pH of apple cider vinegar is about the same as that of our stomach: 2.5. But natural unpasteurized apple cider vinegar also contains essential enzymes that are very important for our gastrointestinal tract.

The acetic acid in the composition of apple cider vinegar activates the enzymes of the pancreas and intestines. It means that they simplify and improve our digestion.

Apple cider vinegar also works as a natural antiseptic suppressing an excessive amount of pathogenic microflora. For example, in the small intestine.

It also stimulates the production of white blood cells and is, therefore, an antifungal and antibacterial agent. Apple cider is good in the treatment of wounds and skin diseases. It is also useful for better assimilation of many nutrients, primarily micro and macronutrients and vitamin b12.

Many people lack the acidity of gastric juice for good proper digestion. This problem is especially relevant with age. But the environment of the stomach really should be acidic for:

  • Disinfection from getting into it with food of various viruses and bacteria.
  • For the proper breakdown of food, especially protein. For the breakdown of proteins into amino acids. Yes, it will also come to the rescue, as it helps break down proteins into amino acids.
  • Well, and thereby relieves the load from the pancreas. Since it secretes, for example, the enzyme trypsin, which breaks down proteins.

Apple cider vinegar simplifies and speeds up the process of digesting food.

The valve between the stomach and the duodenum, the first part of the small intestine, should always be tightly closed. Otherwise, there will be a belch. And it helps to close the valve. Use apple cider vinegar, and then not only will the valve be closed as it should be. But there will be no heartburn yet.

How and what health problems does it solve?

Apple cider vinegar helps to remove bile from the gallbladder. And then there will be no bloating.

Another big problem of our time is the deposition of calcium salts in the body. But this is mainly due to the consumption of a large amount of:

  • boiled food
  • fried food
  • water with high carbonate hardness.

People drink hard water mostly. And then, a state of alkalosis may occur.

In such situations, it is necessary to take an additional amount of vitamin k2, vitamin d3, and apple cider vinegar, which will help get rid of salt deposits in the body.

By the way, cortisol, a stress hormone, also leads to an increase in the body’s alkalinity as a whole. And salt retention in the body and is an automatic loss of potassium in the body. well, the loss of potassium is:

  • constipation
  • high blood pressure heart
  • problems

Apple cider vinegar retains potassium in the body and thereby stops the loss of potassium by the body.

if there is:

  • cramps in the lower leg
  • cramp the muscles
  • twitch the eye

So you have poorly absorbed calcium and magnesium, the lack of these elements. Then it is worth taking apple cider vinegar, and calcium will be absorbed much better. Of course, vitamin d3 is necessary for the absorption of calcium. Its deficiency is unacceptable.

And also, dear friends, calcium should enter the body in an organic farm in the form of citrates, aragonite, but not carbonates; remember this.

And therefore, be sure to eat live vegetable food, more greens, and vegetables. Everything green vegetable contains a lot of calcium and magnesium.

With arthritis and arthrosis, when you take apple cider vinegar, the pain goes away.

With a cold, various urz, the heat goes away when using vinegar both internally and externally.

Does apple cider reduce insulin resistance?

Taking apple cider vinegar reduces insulin resistance, as it reduces the level of glucose in the blood. Thus, it reduces the production of insulin and reduces excess cholesterol and a predisposition to atherosclerosis.

The synthesis of cholesterol always occurs with an increased intake of calories, more than our body needs.

Apple cider vinegar still has a positive effect on obesity, overweight. In what way? Very simply, it reduces appetite because it reduces the level of insulin in the blood. Then there is less hunger and less hunger to eat. after all, increased insulin provokes a constant snack. And a new portion of food provokes the production of insulin, and so a vicious circle arises. And excessive calories from excessive food always lead to the concentration of energy in the form of subcutaneous and visceral fat.

Studies were conducted on people who were on a diet with a reduced number of calories. So the group that used apple cider vinegar simultaneously lost weight faster and better than those who did not use apple cider vinegar, with the same number of calories with the same diet.

How much apple cider vinegar should I use?

You should start with one dessert spoon 1 time a day, for 1 glass of lukewarm water, and drink before meals for 10-20-30 minutes. Try to experiment with which option is best for you. But over time, a week or two can be increased to 1 tablespoon per glass of water 2-3 times a day.

If you want to lose weight, then, all other things being equal, the procedures you apply to diets, increase to 3 times a day before eating a glass of water with the addition of 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar for each glass. If there is no such task, then twice a day is enough. Let’s say in the morning and the evening, before breakfast and before dinner.

If the food is more high-calorie, more protein, then before this meal, you should drink a glass of water with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.

The shelf life of apple cider vinegar is at least five years. However, the labels are required to write no more than three years by law.

Contraindications

Now a bit of contraindication, they also exist, although there are not so many of them. And if natural organic vinegar is not pasteurized, then these contraindications are certainly much less. Nevertheless, I am obliged to say this.

Firstly, this is if there are ulcers and wounds, that is, in the intestines and stomach. but then be sure to take:

  • zinc.

necessarily chlorophyll-containing products, for example:

  • spirulina in powder
  • chlorella in powder
  • juice of wheat sprouts

Adjust your diet and use dihydroquercetin. And then you will have these problems.

other contraindications are tumors of the:

  • kidneys,
  • liver, small
  • intestine, as
  • well as advanced gastritis

And dear viewers, of course, apple cider vinegar is not a panacea, but it is very useful and a natural remedy. And with its proper application while observing other measures that you need to achieve results. That is the elimination of those other diseases. It will also help you and speed up, improve your recovery, among other things.
